Sydney Home Show raffle

Terms and conditions

1. The promoter is Highline Building Pty Ltd (ABN 72 682 085 721) of highlinebuilding.com.au (“Highline”, “we”). These terms, together with the entry page, form the rules of the raffle. By entering, you accept them.
2. Entry is open to residents of New South Wales aged 18 or over who are planning an extension, renovation or new build in the near future. Employees of Highline and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. Entries open at 10am Friday 9 October 2026 and close at 6pm Sunday 11 October 2026 (Sydney time). Entries received outside this period are not valid.
4. To enter, scan the QR code at the Highline stand at the Sydney Home Show, ICC Sydney, Darling Harbour, or visit homeshow.highlinebuilding.com.au during the entry period, then answer the three questions about your project and provide your full name, email address, mobile number and suburb. An entry is only valid if all three questions are answered and all details are provided. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
5. One entry per person. Entries are identified by email address and mobile number, and a further entry with the same details is not accepted. We may exclude any entry we reasonably believe is false, duplicated or otherwise made in breach of these terms.
6. There are two prizes: first prize, a Moët & Chandon and nibbles hamper valued at $150; second prize, a Red wine and nibbles hamper valued at $100. The total prize value is $250 including GST. Each entrant can win no more than one prize.
7. The prizes contain alcohol. Winners must be 18 or over, and the delivery service may ask for photo ID showing the person receiving the prize is 18 or over. A prize will not be left with anyone under 18.
8. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If any item in a hamper becomes unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
9. The draw will take place at 3pm Monday 12 October 2026 in Sydney, by computerised random selection from all valid entries, with each valid entry having an equal chance. The first entry drawn wins first prize and the second entry drawn wins second prize.
10. Winners will be notified by email and phone within two business days of the draw. Winners’ first names and suburbs will be published on Highline’s social media within seven days of the draw.
11. A prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification by replying to the notification email with a postal address. If a prize is not claimed in time, or a winner is found to be ineligible, the prize will be redrawn at 3pm Monday 2 November 2026 in the same way, and the new winner notified in the same way.
12. Each prize will be posted to an address in NSW nominated by its winner, with postage paid by Highline.
13. We collect your personal information to run this raffle, contact the winners, and contact entrants about their building project. By entering, you agree that Highline may contact you by phone or email about your project, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone other than the services we use to run the raffle (website hosting and email delivery). 14. To the extent permitted by law, Highline is not liable for any loss or damage arising from entering the raffle or from any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. If circumstances beyond our control prevent the raffle running fairly as planned, we may amend, suspend or cancel it, subject to any direction from NSW Fair Trading.
